Osu Kaicho!. I enjoyed your book, but was jealous on the many talented kickers, which I am sad to say has escaped me as I approach 70. But still training quite well, fortunately. Thanks for putting together your book. It’s contemporary but still reminds me of tradition, a wonderful combination. I didn’t find any spelling mistakes, more importantly I didn’t read anything that I thought” bullshit, that’s not right!” Which is the hardest thing when you’re writing for readers who are all “experts” just ask them I’ve got post it notes all through, to go back and re. I thought the book is very well written and touches many aspects on why we do martial arts. How it builds respect for ourselves and others. We train to become better people to one another and we use our skills to better our communities.
Martial Arts has a way to bring us closer as a community.  It also talks about self-defence as a whole and it touches base between reality vs ego.
